1. What shipping carrier do you use?

Normally, we ship UPS Ground while expedited orders can be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air. Note: California residents should not request shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air as UPS Ground is just as fast within California.

2. Do you ship to APO/AFO military addresses?

Yes we do. To facilitate such orders and their timely shipment, email EmergencySupplyPro.com with your APO/FPO state ( "AE", "AA", or "AP"), zip code and list of items you wish to purchase. EmergecnySupplyPro.com can then review any applicable restrictions to your location and prepare a detailed estimate for your order. Upon your acceptance, we'll process the order and ship your supplies.

3. What forms of payment do you accept for international orders?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards.  However, due to the large number of fraudulent orders that occur from foreign countries, we have the right not to accept your order if we have any suspicion of fraud. Therefore, all international credit card orders are reviewed, which may prolong the completion of your order 1-3 days.

4. What shipping methods are available for international orders?

We ship to international destinations via UPS Worldwide Expedited (2-5 days), or UPS Worldwide Express (1 or 2 days). We can also ship UPS Standard to Canada. Selections may be limited based upon the weight of the package.

5. How soon will my items ship after I place an order?

Orders placed before 12:00 NOON EST will ship within 24-48 hours of order placement date. For an estimate of shipment transit time, review the UPS Transit Map.

6. How do I know if you have my items in stock?

All products are in stock unless otherwise noted on the product page. Should an item run out of stock, EmergencySupplyPro Customer Service will notify you to identify the planned restock date for your planning purposes.

7. What is your return policy?

Should your product(s) arrive with a defect or malfunction, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. EmergencySupplyPro.com will arrange to have the defective product(s) returned, free of shipping charge, while we provide you with replacement product(s) at no charge. Should you not be completely satisfied with your product(s), you may request a refund and return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. Refund requests must be submitted either via email to customerservice@EmergencySupplyPro.com, or in writing to: EmergencySupplyPro.com, Attn: REFUNDS, 500 Champion Hills Dr., Milton, Ga. 30004. All returned materials must be in good working order and in the original packaging with all applicable instructions included. Returned items shall be shipped to EmergencySupplyPro.com at the customer's expense.


8. What is the shelf-life of the food and water products?

The shelf-life of both our ER Bars and Aqua water boxes are 5 years as rated by the U.S. Coast Guard.

9. Do I need additional food and water supplies with my survival kit?

Your emergency preparedness planning should consider expanding your food and water supplies at home over and above the survival supplies included in your 72 hour home kit, as this will make surviving in your home more comfortable. In terms of the backpacks and smaller kits for office, auto and school; carrying additional supplies should be evaluated due to weight considerations during evacuations.

10. Can I evacuate with a home kit in a container?

Yes; however, it would be easier to carry the container in a vehicle during an evacuation. Walking too far with one of the container kits may be tiring. An additional consideration may be a backpack kit that is more easily transportable on foot.


11. Do I have to have a credit card to order products?
